Orchid Slingshot was founded in 2004 as a part of the River Orchid Group under the name of Slingshot. In July 2007, we re-named ourselves Orchid Slingshot to bring our identity more closely into line with that our sister companies in the River Orchid Group.

Orchid Slingshot now operates in Thailand and Indo-China Markets providing 3 Organizational & People Development related services namely Coaching, Training, and Consulting.

For Coaching, we offer both one-on-one and small group coaching at all managerial levels up to Top Management. Our Training offer is workshop based, putting more emphasis on practicing skills and behavior change. Finally, through our Organizational Development Consulting Services we assist clients in dealing with a range of areas including Culture Identification & Implementation, Change Management, Competency Design and Assessment, Service Improvement, and Process Redesign.

Orchid Slingshot has worked with more 200 customers on both people and organizational development areas, with high levels of client and participant satisfaction recorded. Our business growth has been generated largely through word of mouth rather than "hard selling"
